History: (Amazing Spider-Man I#212) -
After Morrie Bench was transformed into Hydro-Man, he used his powers
to transform into liquid and travel through the pipes of New York, arriving
in the bathroom sink of police officer Hy Egan. Hydro-Man asked Egan if he
remembered when he busted him for smuggling and then asked where Spider-Man
was. Hy Egan tried to explain that he had no way of knowing where Spider-Man
was, but Hydro-Man blasted Egan with a rush of water.

Figured I'd point out that these were the best pictures of this guy, as he only appeared on two pages and both times he wasn't facing the reader. His face was only seen in a reflection in the mirror. -Proto-Man
