Turns out he has a name. When the story was reprinted in Marvel UK's Might World of Marvel#55 and 56, they modified the text and named him Smashor. This was presumably so his appearance on the cover of #56 could be made more dramatic, with the android, which only went "Gaaaa!" when thrown in the original version, now making a menacing speech on the cover.
I got alerted to this detail on Facebook earlier today when someone posted the cover art in black and white, as Heritage Auction are selling it, which handily also provides the names of the artists who did the cover: Ron Wilson and Frank Giacoia. Profile by
(Incredible Hulk II#107) - As he tested the Hulk with the many defenses of his castle, the Mandarin unleashed a powerful android against him, but the Hulk launched into battle against it immediately, striking it down again and again, then finally wrapping it inside of a curtain so that it couldn't see. The Hulk then grabbed all four corners of the curtain, swung it around, and hurled the android through the wall of the castle, out of Earth's orbit, and into the void of outer space.
