Powers/Abilities: Mikey was originally a normal college guy, though he was not particularly shocked when confronted by the supernatural. He was loyal to his friends, willing to sacrifice his own life, twice.
    After being temporarily healed from mortal wounds by Lori, he seemed to have enhanced fighting abilities.

History:
(Dances with Demons#1) - Mike attended college alongside friends James Owl and Patti. When James began having dreams about his grandfather as the "Ghost Dancer," a magical warrior, Mike told him he should be writing for the funnybooks.
    When Patti later shared her concerns about James, frustrated that he acted like a "meathead surf bum," instead of applying himself better, Mike told her that he thought James did want to compete with his father, who was a major player in entertainment law. James then showed up, having had another dream.

(Dances with Demons#2 (fb)) - After having met the magical beings Lori and one of the Clown demons, James fled from the conflict.

(Dances with Demons#2 - BTS) - Lori traveled to Mike's house, convincing him to let her wait for there James.

(Dances with Demons#2) - James showed up at Mike's house, sharing his story, at which point Mikey showed him that Lori was there, waiting for him. After James had another vision, Lori comforted him and Mike made some coffee.

(Dances with Demons#2 - BTS / Dances with Demons#3 (fb)) - When the Manitou demon attacked James he made his first transformation into Ghost Dancer, exhausting himself in the process and causing an explosion that buried Mike. Pulling himself from the wreckage, Mike observed the battle between the magic creatures and was then impaled by one of the Clown demons. James' grandfather's spirit helped he and Lori fight off their attackers, and Lori healed Mike's injuries, after which Mike followed Lori's directions and took them by motorcycle to the Grand Canyon.

(Dances with Demons#3 (fb) - BTS) - Mike stood watch over James as he rested while Lori left to heal herself.

(Dances with Demons#3) - Upon Lori's return, she discussed how she could only heal his injuries temporarily, and he would soon die. She offered to release him, but he wanted to stay by James' side until he was no longer needed.

(Dances with Demons#4) - Mike was surprised to see Patti approaching, and even more surprised when Iktomi and the Manitou and Clown demons emerged from her form. Mike slaughtered the Clown demons, but when he confronted the Manitou, it reached forward and snapped his neck, ending his temporary existence.
