MISTER KEESHAN
Real Name: K. H. Keeshan
Identity/Class: Human
Occupation: Higher level employee at Cross Technological Enterprises
Group Membership: Cross Technological Enterprises
Affiliations: Bill, Ed, Hawkeye
Enemies: Formerly Hawkeye (he was angry that Hawkeye had broke in to ask for a job), indirectly Deathbird (she was the one responsible for the thefts at CTE)
Known Relatives: None
Aliases: None
Base of Operations: Presumably New York
First Appearance: Avengers I#189 (November, 1979)
Powers/Abilities: Mister Keeshan had no superhuman powers, but was a skilled employee at Cross Technological Enterprises. What he did exactly, was not quite revealed, but he seemed to be the one responsible for hiring.
History: (Avengers I#189) - As Mr. Keeshan arrived at Cross Technological Enterprises, he greeted a few of the other workers and wondered to himself how thieves had been able to get past CTE's security system. As he thought about how no one could break into CTE, he opened his office door to find Hawkeye of the Avengers sitting at the desk. Mr. Keeshan demanded that Hawkeye leave, but Hawkeye explained that he had read about the theft problems at CTE and that he needed a job. After Hawkeye explained that he ought to be able to protect the CTE plant, given that he had saved the Earth numerous times, Mr. Keeshan thought to himself about the possibilities. Two nights later, Hawkeye was working security for CTE.
Comments: Created by Steven Grant, Mark Gruenwald, Roger Stern, David Michelinie, John Byrne, and Dan Green.
While the Official Marvel Index to the Avengers II#4 lists Keeshan just as "Mr. Keeshan," his initials were seen on Avengers I#189, p14, pan6 as Mr. Keeshan slid his ID card through the panel on the door.
Also, while Mr. Keeshan's exact job title was never given, I'm assuming he was some sort of hiring manager as Hawkeye wanted to speak directly to him about a job.
Since there were no good headshots of Mister Keeshan, I included two body shots. One is a full body and the other doesn't show the full body but details more of Keeshan's appearance.

Ed was an employee of Cross Technological Enterprises. He surveyed each employee that entered via a security camera from inside the plant itself. He greeted Mr. Keeshan the morning that Hawkeye broke in and commented that no one had answered the ad requesting a security chief. He also mentioned to Mr. Keeshan that someone had robbed the west storage area the night before.
