Powers/Abilities: Sidewinder possessed body armor that allowed him to teleport virtually anywhere, and it granted him enhanced speed.
History: (Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe: Teams 2005) - Using the stolen Brand/Roxxon technology which the Society had long ago acquired in their first "test missions" under their former leader Sidewinder, the Society created/equipped a new Sidewinder.
(All-New Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe Update#2) - As an early test mission King Cobra hired Sidewinder out to Death-Sting.
(Iron
Fist III#1) - A
cocky villain wearing the teleporting armor of Sidewinder was hired by
Death-Sting and Sharyd to infiltrate a S.H.I.E.L.D. station and
retrieve the powerful Zodiac Key. Sidewinder made it past the neural
shock unit, defeated the S.H.I.E.L.D. guards (including Carlson), and
marveled at the Key's power. He teleported past the electro-shield only
to be savagely electrocuted, leaving only his skeleton behind.

This Sidewinder was believed to be Seth Voelker until Seth popped up in New Thunderbolts I#7, sans costume.
