Powers/Abilities: Drudd had no powers, but had a gifted, if not genius, intellect. After taking his formula, he was reduced to a non-existent being apparently.
History: (Tales to Astonish I#10/4 (fb)) - Simon Drudd and his partner Bentley worked for years on finding a youth serum. After many failed experiments, they finally succeeded. When Drudd proclaimed that he only intended for the serum to be used by him and him alone, and not for the good of humanity, Bentley balked. Drudd forced his partner into a freezer at gunpoint and took the serum. However, it had an unintended effect in that instead of just regressing Drudd to a certain age, it didn't stop, and he eventually turned from an old man into a baby...and beyond.
(Tales to Astonish I#10/4) - There was no trace of
Drudd when the police entered to find and rescue Bentley.
Comments: Created by Stan Lee (or Larry Lieber), Jack Kirby and Christopher Rule.
Reprinted in Fear#1.
Simon Drudd has Atlas Age prototypes whose youth serum also left them an infant ["King Of The World"--Marvel Tales I#137 (8/55) 3rd story] and ["The Pin!" --Strange Tales I#2 (8/51) (his serum left him with his adult mind in an infant body, but he created a transfer formula to steal another person's years to become a young adult again by sticking that person with a pin)].

Clarifications:
Simon Drudd has no known connections to
Drudd's partner, Bentley hoped to use their discovery
for the good of mankind. The insane Drudd had different ideas, and
forced Bentley into a freezer. Bentley was rescued by the police and
reported the incident to them, but he was not believed.
