Powers/Abilities/Functions: The Spy-Ray Lens focused charged roentgen rays, enabling the wearer to see through virtually any substance. It was powered by a power pack worn on the user's arm.
History: (Strange Tales I#156/1) - The Spy-Ray Lens was demonstrated by Jasper Sitwell to Gabe Jones and Dum-Dum Dugan. It was subsequently used by Nick Fury as he invaded Hydra Island, and was able to see the true face of their Supreme Hydra with them, recognizing him as Baron Wolfgang Von Strucker.
(Strange Tales I#166/2) - As Nick Fury invaded the headquarters of the Yellow Claw (actually a robot double), he used the Spy-Ray Lens to help guide himself through the labyrinth-like corridors in the fortress.
