Powers/Abilities: Possessed of no superhuman powers, Thwart uses his cunning--such as it is--to confound, obstruct, hinder, and frustrate others. Bodily harm and possible death to his victims are not deterrents for Thwart.
History:
(What The--?!#24 (fb) - BTS) - Denied membership in the Boy Scouts as a child,
Wasker roamed the streets of his native Chicago in search of situations where he
first offered assistance to those in need of a helping hand, then proceeded to
do everything possible to hinder them.
(What The--?!#24 (fb) - BTS) - Thwart "helped" his grandmother get hit by a truck.
Comments: Created by Rick Parker (listed as Ricko the Sicko).
The "Zoids" are "would-be Marvel Super-Heroes and Villains who never QUITE made it...", making them fringe characters, kind of like the hostess and other advertisement or unconventional source.
The Ricko the Sicko listed as the creator of Bugout is Rick Parker, who was
the artist on most of Marvel's Beavis and Butthead comics and the letterist
on seemingly every Marvel comic in the late 80's/early 90's.
