History:

(Sub-Mariner III#1 (fb)) - Banara, a councilor to the throne of Atlantis, advised Prince Namor that he was becoming too involved in the affairs of the surface world. He informed Namor that there were those in Atlantis that had doubts about Namor's policies, but Namor was soon summoned away.

(Sub-Mariner III#6 (fb)) - Banara approached Namor, concerned about the state of affairs in Atlantis, but Namor closed the door in Banara's face. Namor later evacuated the city, sending the Atlanteans to live on the surface disguised as humans.
