(Daredevil II#20 (fb) - BTS) - When African-American Lloyd Braxton was fired from his employment by Benjamin Rosen or Rosen Office Supply for gambling on company time with company assets, he claimed it was a racial firing. He hired attorney Claude Unger to represent him in the high profile case while Matt Murdock represented Rosen. Braxton demanded fifty million be paid.

(Daredevil II#20) - After deliberating, the jury awarded on the side of Rosen. Unger claimed to the media that Braxton had lied to him.
