History: (Captain Marvel I#45) - For a long time, Bun-Dall had served the Kree Supreme Intelligence, obeying his orders and learning many particulars about his plans of government and conquer.
One time, while he was fixing a display before the Intelligence's giant screen he found the courage to voice his ideas to the Supreme Intelligence about his plan involving the linked minds of Captain Mar-Vell and Rick Jones. But he had asked too much, so he was utterly sent away by the Supreme Intelligence, although he still thought that something was wrong with the Supreme Intelligence's plan.
(Captain Marvel I#46 - BTS) - The Supreme Intelligence exhausted its power to sustain the planetary protective fields. Along with the other Kree people and machineries, Bun-Dall was driven unconscious by the Supreme Intelligence who had to protect the planet from a massive solar flare. Due to the enormous use of energy, the Supreme Intelligence disappeared, leaving only a blank screen in his chamber.
(Captain Marvel I#47 (fb)) - Bun-Dall was elected new Imperial Minister to govern the Kree Empire. Although he didn't have a deep desire for the power, he accepted the role. He greeted Captain Marvel and Rick Jones and allowed them to go home in peace.
(Ms. Marvel I#18) - In the months after the Supreme Intelligence's shutdown, Bun-Dall noticed something strange, and he was convinced that the Intelligence was alive. Bun-Dall brought the President of the Science Council to the Audience Chamber of the Supreme Intelligence, and showed to Phae-Dor that someone or something was stealing tiny quantities of energy from the planet energetic grid, and he was sure it was the Supreme Intelligence's action. He had checked the monitors but no signal went from the computers, so, Phae-Dor told him not to worry. When they left the Chamber, the Supreme Intelligence appeared on the great display, laughing.
Comments: Created by Steve Englehart and Al Milgrom.
Where did Bun-Dall work when he
attended the Supreme Intelligence's needs? Was it the Hall of Judgement,
the Audience Chamber, or any other vast room with an enormous screen
where the Supreme Intelligence could appear at will to be seen and
heard? Here are the appearances of the Hall/Chamber around Bun-Dall's
appearances.

The
Continuity-oriented explanation is that there are
at least two Audience Chambers, on Planet Hala and on Planet Kree-Lar,
and that the Supreme Intelligence could show
himself on any screen of his Chambers. For example, he showed
himself on the screen of Ronan's star-ship while it was in deep space, which
seemed easy for him. So, Bun-Dall was probably stationed on planet Hala. Did
Bun-Dall and Phae-Dor travel from planet Hala to planet Kree-Lar just to
be sure that the Supreme Intelligence was still in stasis? Very
unbelievable, considering that any Kree with sufficient knowledge could
perform such a task on Kree-Lar instead of Bun-Dall. But it was not
impossible, perhaps Bun-Dall wanted to keep the information under top
secrecy. Moreover, he had become an Imperial Minister, so he could
easily afford the long journey.
The practical explanation is that Chris Claremont used
wrongly the "planet Kree-Lar", instead of Hala, in Miss Marvel I#18.--Thanks to Donald Campbell for the hint.
Hence, the two Audience Chambers were the
same, and Bun-Dall used the same computers he used for the years he was
the Supreme Intelligence's valet.
Is the Audience Chamber on Hala also
the Hall of Judgement in the
Tower-Chambers? The Hall in Captain Marvel I#16 also contained
a wall full of transparent, glass-like cylinders, containing lots of
Kree. The cylinders were absent in the Audience Chambers, but maybe
they were only set up during a trial, and they contained other judges,
or witnesses. Or did the cylinders contain corpses whose minds were part
of the Supreme?
