(Civil War: War Crimes#1 (fb) - BTS) - An inmate at Rykers Island penitentiary, Charlie got on the Kingpin's bad side by showering in his stall.

(Civil War: War Crimes#1) - The Kingpin sent the Enforcers (Ox, Fancy Dan, Montana) to rough up Charlie during lunch time. Though he apologized, they knocked him down and broke his wrist.
