History:
(Defenders II#12 (fb) – BTS)
– A janitor for the brilliant designers of the Chrono-Scepter accidentally
spilled something onto a machine, turning it into a time vortex through which
several dinosaurs came through. The dinosaurs devoured the scientists, but the
janitor discovered that he could control the dinosaurs with the Chrono-Scepter.
He designed a suit of armor and took the name Chronarch, determined to become a
super-villain.
(Defenders II#12) – The combined Defenders (Doctor Stephen Strange, Hellcat, Hulk (Bruce Banner), Nighthawk, Silver Surfer, Sub-Mariner, Valkyrie (Samantha Parrington)) fought against a contingent of dinosaurs at an abandoned theme park. Chronarch commanded the dinosaurs to attack with his Chrono-Scepter. Hulk leaped at Chronarch, ripping off his armor, while Silver Surfer used the Power Cosmic to reverse the effects of the Chrono-Scepter, sending the dinosaurs back to their own time.
