The limits and range of this device are unknown. History: (Strange Tales I#144/1) - Assigned to report to Nick Fury and assist in the investigation of mysterious flying eggs, Sitwell went to the the S.H.I.E.L.D. barbershop. However, when the agent on duty--having his doubts that Sitwell was really with the organization--refused to let him enter headquarters, Sitwell gave him a demonstration of the Coaxer to convince him otherwise.
