History:

(X-Men: Spotlight on Starjammers#2) - A secret society of Thanos worshippers, the Cult of Death received news that their member, Tarq, had manipulated Deathbird into pursuing a Shi'ar plot against Earth.

Comments: Created by Terry Kavanagh, Dave Cockrum and Jeff Albrecht.

What became of this plot was never revealed.
