Powers/Abilities: Lord Dakkon was a normal human who had been trained in the Turanian military and commanded immediate obedience from the cavalry men under his command. He was an very good horseman and fighter, and rode one of the finest stallions in the city of Kavari.

History:

(Conan the Barbarian#219) - Lord Dakkon rode at the head of his cavalry regiment and approached the city gates of Kavari only to find what he considered a barbarian thief emerge from the moat. When Conan threatened to take a cavalry horse, Dakkon ordered one of his lancers, Borus, to kill him for his insolence. However, Conan disarmed the lancer and made off with a riderless cavalry horse. Enraged, Dakkon ordered his men to attack but the lancers were useless at close range, with many falling under Conan's mace. The cavalry numbers almost overwhelmed Conan and so he bolted for the forest on his stolen horse. The Turanians gave quick pursuit and Dakkon quickly realized that Conan was headed for the deep chasm called Devil's Gate.

   Conan soon reached the sheer cliff face, almost falling over the edge, with his only real escape route quickly blocked by the Turanian cavalry. Dakkon demanded the barbarian surrender but he was instead charged at by Conan. Honorbound, the cavalry stayed back as Dakkon and Conan traded savage blows, mace against Turanian scimitar, until Conan managed to smash Dakkon's jaw with the mace, causing the Turanian to fall off his horse. Conan then clambered onto Dakkon's horse and succeeded in making the jump over the chasm, leaving the Turanians behind.

Borus

Borus was a Turanian lancer under Lord Dakkon's command. Dakkon ordered Borus to kill Conan. However, the barbarian dodged the soldier's lance and grabbed its shaft. He then caused the lancer to vault over and crash to the ground. Borus was followed by a second lancer, who was instead skewered by Conan wielding Borus' long lance.
