History:

(White Tiger#3 (fb) - BTS) - As children, Angela and her brother Rey were sometimes babysat by friends of their Uncle Hector, Iron Fist (Danny Rand) and Luke Cage. She considered them uncles.

(White Tiger#6 (fb) - BTS) - Rey’s father was a police officer, and he had an older sister, Marisol. He became a cop as well and his mentor was Detective Craig.

(White Tiger#3) - Rey Del Toro, of the NYPD, was asked by his sister Angela, a former FBI agent, if he could get any information on a Yakuza battle with Daredevil (Danny Rand) and Spider-Man (Peter Parker), plus an unidentified female super hero. He called her back and she asked him to tread lightly, gather as much information as he could, and to tell her more at the house on Sunday. He met her there, greeting his mother and Uncle Danny (Iron Fist). He then told her that his friend Adam had reported that the  Yakuza fight had been covered up and Adam had been mysteriously transferred.

(White Tiger#6) - While visiting his mother, Rey was saddened to see Soledad, the widow of his Uncle Hector, there. She grew excited to see a new White Tiger on television, and considered it a sign that Hector had forgiven her.

(Captain America and the Mighty Avengers I#8) - When Ava Ayala (Awilda's sister and the new White Tiger) showed up at Awilda's home, Rey was angry; Ava accidentally hurt him, so Awilda chased Ava away at gunpoint.
