History:

(Daredevil II#47 (fb) - BTS) - Dini gathered much of the Kingpin's drug money over the years. One of his collectors was Samuel.

(Daredevil II#29 (fb)) - Dini stood by Kingpin as he welcomed Sammy Silke to his family as a favor to a friend. Silke asked that Matt Murdock (the secret identity of Daredevil) be put to death and the Kingpin refused, nearly growing violent when Silke questioned him.

(Daredevil II#30 (fb)) - Dini and Kingpin let the men, including Richie, Silke, Dean, and Frank, that he was canceling a planned meeting.

(Daredevil II#29 (fb) - BTS) - When the Kingpin was nearly murdered by his own men, Dini found his body and put him in the home of Dr. Rogan to receive medical attention. Dini leaked news to the paper that Kingpin was dead in order to fool their enemies.

(Daredevil II#29) - Vanessa Fisk stood with Dini and Rogan at her husband's side catching up on what had happened. Dini was reluctant to share information as the Kingpin had always ordered that she be left out of business affairs. Despite Rogan's warnings, Vanessa decided to move the Kingpin to Switzerland for safekeeping. Dini told Vanessa that Richie was one of the men who'd turned against Kingpin.

(Daredevil II#30) - Vanessa ordered Dini to take Kingpin to Switzerland and watch out for him while she tended to gaining revenge.

(Daredevil II#31) - Dini remained with Vanessa as she murdered Falzone and Richie for revenge. She then ordered him to order the deaths of Dean Martini, Frank Slone, Samuel Sanchez, and Sammy Silke. Dini did so when she refused to back down.

(Daredevil II#46) - Hiding in his new home in Sucre, Bolivia, Dini was awakened by the Kingpin, who was recovered and had Dini's gun. Dini stopped trying to defend himself quickly, took a last drink, and told Fisk off before he was shot and killed.
