History:

(Daredevil II#31) – Agents Driver and Dobbs received Sammy Silke, a known mobster, who came to them for protection. Though he wanted a deal with them, they refused unless he gave them information. Though Silke refused to give up his father, he did spill that Daredevil is really Matt Murdock.

(Daredevil II#32 (fb)) – Silke shared how he, Richard Fisk, Dean Martini, Frank Sloane, and Samuel Sanchez had tried assassinating the Kingpin, but that they’d failed.

(Daredevil II#32 (fb) – BTS) – Driver and Dobbs learned that Fisk, Martini, Sloane, and Sanchez had been professionally murdered, and suspected Vanessa Fisk and Waldo Dini. They also investigated the complex Murdock/Daredevil/Kingpin connection.

(Daredevil II#32) – Driver and Dobbs met Davis, who was still in his pajamas, at 3 am and explained all they’d learned. Davis ordered them to keep the information quiet and to incarcerate Silke.

(Daredevil II#33 (fb)) – Driver and Dobbs settled the bet they’d made on Davis’ reaction, Dobbs collecting cause he’d won. Davis invited Dodd to breakfast, but Dodd had to go home to see the wife. When he arrived home at 7 to see Sherry, she was just leaving for work and upset with him. He asked her to stay, but she just walked away upset. Dodd, feeling restless, watched Murdock’s business and tried to see him, but found out Murdock was in court. Staking the place out, he saw Black Widow (Natasha Romanova) swing on the upper rooftops for a time. He later looked up Daredevil and Black Widow on the Internet, justifying his actions to Driver. He anonymously gave the story to the Daily Globe, collecting money as payment.

(Daredevil II#36 – BTS) – Vanessa Fisk somehow found out that Dodd had sold the story and gave this information to Murdock. Murdock filed lawsuit against the Globe for slander.

(Daredevil II#37) – Dobbs woke up early one morning to see Daredevil standing outside his window. Shocked, he drew his gun, but Daredevil simply left.

(Daredevil II#37 (fb) – BTS) – Dobbs refused to stand by the Globe in Murdock’s lawsuit against them.
