History:

(Daredevil II#98) – Policeman Donny handcuffed unregistered super hero Daredevil (Matt Murdock) and placed him in the back of his car. He refused to listen to Daredevil’s pleas, knowing it would get him into trouble, and was shocked when Daredevil kicked the door off the car and jumped out. Donny and other cops drew their guns, but Daredevil evaded the bullets. He knocked Donny to the ground, stole the key to the handcuffs, and rushed off.
