History: (What If? I#34/61) - Under intense pressure when back-bacon futures went down 20 points, Tony Stark began to seek relief in the satisfying fullness of food. As the problem continued, Beth Cabe tried to warn him as he ordered an entire cow with a Tab. Eventually, Stark could not even fit in his armor to battle the Unicorn, not even after his created a suit with microcircuits.

This reality diverged when Tony turned to eating instead of drinking; it is a parody of Iron Man I#128 ("Demon in a Bottle").

Beth Cabe was a love interest of Tony Stark who tried to warn him about his self-destructive eating habits. Stark replied that he could quit anytime and then proceeded to order an entire cow.

As pressure mounted against Tony Stark, he turned to eating to escape the stress. He eventually got so bad that he couldn't even fit into a suit of armor to battle the Unicorn. Trying to design a suit of armor with microcircuits, he was unable to even blast off from the ground and instead surrendered himself to junk food.
As Iron Man, Tony Stark wore a suit of sophisticated suit of armor just like his Earth-616 counterpart.

Unicorn was the same as his Earth-616 counterpart up until Tony Stark was unable to don his Iron Man armor and the Unicorn rampaged through town.
