History:

(Daredevil vs. Punisher#2 (fb) - BTS) - Employed by Hammerhead and the Professor, Jimmy Sweets and Swedish Dan patrolled the local businesses of New York, keeping an eye out for the Punisher, who had a price on his head.

(Daredevil vs. Punisher#2) - Jimmy Sweets and Swedish Dan beat up Rajan, a market worker, for failing to tell them about the Punisher being there. Swede then murdered Rajan. Punisher tracked Sweets and Dan, where they had an ambush in the subway. Despite their firepower, Punisher managed to defeat the gang and kill Dan on the tracks. Sweets escaped when the Punisher ran out of bullets. Sweets rushed to his girlfriend, Melanie, and broke a window in a fury, telling her the money was cut off. He wanted to borrow hers, telling her that she was for him, not his wife, when Punisher and Daredevil burst in, fighting. As Melanie screamed for them to leave, Sweets drew his gun to kill the Punisher, but was knocked back by Daredevil. Bushwacker then came in to kill the heroes.

(Daredevil vs. Punisher#3) - Bushwacker set the room on fire, leaving Daredevil to rush out with Melanie and Sweets to jump for it, struggling to put the fire out from his clothes with help from Daredevil.

He wanted to borrow hers, telling her that she was for him, not his wife, when Punisher and Daredevil burst in, fighting. As Melanie screamed for them to leave, Sweets drew his gun to kill the Punisher, but was knocked back by Daredevil. Bushwacker then came in to kill the heroes.

Despite burns over forty percent of his body, Sweets managed to live. The police offered him a deal to confess, but he refused. Daredevil then came in to scare Jimmy, telling him not to make the hero regret saving him.
