Powers/Abilities: None, Arabella was a beautiful, normal red-haired human woman.

History: (Ms. Marvel I#15) - Arabella "Belle" Jones had a dear friend: Frank Gianelli.

    Arabella lived in New York and usually rented the ground floor independent part of her house. The tenant left the flat without paying the last two months.
Frank Gianelli knew that Carol Danvers needed a flat so he put Arabella in contact with Carol. Arabella let Carol visit the flat.

(Ms. Marvel I#16  - BTS) - In the early morning of the next day, Arabella, still asleep, received a call by Carol, who accepted to take the flat. 

(Ms. Marvel I#17) - About one month later, in the very early morning of February 14th, Arabella heard Carol screaming and thought that a burglar had sneaked into her flat so she went to find Carol and found her shivering and weakened. Carol confessed she needed company, so Arabella stayed with her for a while and Carol told her the story of her life.

(Ms. Marvel I#22) - Arabella helped the staff of "Woman" to organize a surprise party for Carol, after she was fired. During the party she spotted Mike Barnett, who she liked, and greeted him but he left her alone to speak with Carol.

(Uncanny X-Men I#246 (fb) - BTS) - Some time after Ms. Marvel's disappearance (who had left for Limbo with Marcus Immortus), Arabella had no other choice but to rent out Carol's appartment to another tennant. She did however, store Carol's personal belongings in the hopes of her eventual return.

(Uncanny X-Men I#246 - BTS) - Eventually, the personality of Carol Danvers that Rogue absorbed was able to control the mutant's body. "Carol" decided to look up old friends and sent Arabella a note to tell her she was coming.

(Uncanny X-Men I#246) - Arabella got a visit from Rogue (actually "Carol") and told her she'd taken care of all of Carol's things. She was pleased to hear from her old friend, albeit indirectly through Rogue, and told the young girl to give Carol her best.
