History:

(Daredevil: The Man Without Fear#1) - Officer Liebowitz spent his days enforcing rules, making sure children didn't play in fire hydrants and such. The children grew to hate him, and he wished they would be more like little Matt Murdock, who was always studying. Suddenly a masked kid ran past him and stole his billy club. Liebowitz was unable to chase the kid down, growing too winded.
