History:
(Daredevil II#27 (fb)) - [3 months ago] Sammy Silke was introduced to several of the Kingpin's men, including Mike and Dean. They warned him about Daredevil, the local hero in the area, and toasted their fallen ally Turk Barrett. He then saw that Richard Fisk was there, but Richie refused to speak to Silke.
(Daredevil II#29 (fb)) - [2 months ago] While playing poker with the guys, Silke shared a story about how he was waiting for his opportunity for success. He asked the others why Kingpin was so weird about Murdock and they refused to answer, but Richie asked Silke to come and talk with him.
(Daredevil II#30 (fb)) - [2 months ago] Silke was disgusted to learn that the Kingpin knew that Murdock was Daredevil, that he hadn't done anything about it, that the others hadn't tried to do anything with the information, and that the Kingpin hadn't shared this information with the other families. Silke challenged the others (including Dean and Frank) until Kingpin entered with Dini and cancelled a meeting. Richie challenged Silke to become his own leader.
(Daredevil II#30 (fb)) - [1 month ago] Silke and Richie convinced the other men to overcome their fear and join him against the Kingpin. He promised them greater profits, less intimidation, and a good future with him at the head of the head of the New York crime family. They reluctantly agreed.
(Daredevil II#26) - Silke and his allies confronted the Kingpin, who was prepared to dismiss Silke's posturing. Silke arrogantly gave Kingpin a lecture about how his time had passed, then watched as Kingpin was stabbed repeatedly, quoting Julius Caesar as he did so.
(Daredevil II#27) - Silke and the others believed Kingpin dead.
(Daredevil II#31) - Silke and the others celebrated the Kingpin's death, considering themselves true gangsters. They believed that Murdock would soon be ruined as well. Richie, however, didn't share in their joy and realized that his father was actually dead. Later, Vanessa Fisk and Waldo Dini, seeking revenge, saw Richard, Dean Martini, Frank Slone, and Samuel Sanchez killed.
