History: (Tales of Suspense I#92/2) - A.I.M. created the
Mecho-Assasin. It was programmed to kill Nick Fury.
The Mecho-Assasin was left by A.I.M. Agent G-42 near
the S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Barbershop. Once there, it shot Nick Fury. It was attacked by Captain
America but gave him little attention until it had verified that Fury was dead.
It didn't understand that Fury actually was an LMD so it reckoned that Fury was dead
and after that attacked Captain America. It succeeded in knocking Cap down,
but finally the hero defeated it with a powerful uppercut. The Mecho-Assassin
turned to dust in a few seconds.
