History: (Avengers I#261) - When the Avengers
returned from a mission to the Andromeda Galaxy, they returned to find a
letter from the Federal Aviation Administration that gave them 30 days to
move their Quinjets out of New York City. Wasp and Captain America personally
visited Mister Fenton of the Administration, where the Wasp pleaded that
the Avengers needed easy access to their Quinjets, as they often have to
respond to emergencies in minutes. Fenton explained that while they originally
had special clearance with the government to house the Quinjets, the FAA
was cancelling that clearance in light of the recent government restructuring.
Captain America's pleads for an extension were interrupted by the arrival
of the Beyonder, who taunted the two Avengers into chasing him outside.
