Powers/Abilities: The Oracles possess telepathic and empathic abilities that allow them to read and project thoughts, mentally connect the minds of others, and utilize these abilities across time and space.

Traits: The Oracles are a humanoid race with green skin.

History:

(Excalibur I#70 (fb) - BTS) - The ancient race of Oracles were married to the Shi'ar culture (presumably forcibly) and the Shi'ar occasionally utilized their telepathic abilities forcibly. The Oracles that survived grew to hate the Shi'ar.

(Excalibur I#69) - One Oracle, Cryan, was sent to the prison world Krag.

(Excalibur I#70) - Lilandra forcibly utilized Cryan's abilities to garner the truth about Cerise.
