History:

(Daredevil II#88 (fb) - BTS) - A dirty FBI agent who gave reports to the mob, Agent Pullman let the mob know where Franklin "Foggy" Nelson was while in Witness Protection. He continued investigating the disappearance of Matt Murdock, who was believed to be Daredevil, as well.

(Daredevil II#88) - Pullman went to the home where Nelson was being kept to give them the latest in the Matt Murdock investigation, that Murdock had traveled to Europe on an assumed name and then disappeared. Later, two mob men, including Stan, failed in abducting Nelson and were killed by the Hand. The Hand reported that Pullman was also taken care of.
