History:
(Daredevil II#87) - When a riot broke out at Ryker’s Island, Warden Cole and his secretary Marta made it to a safe place and had Captain Roberts call for aid while they reviewed the riot, many having been killed. Cole cursed Leland Drummond, the Director of the FBI, for his manipulations, but Marta reminded him they were lucky to be alive.
(Daredevil II#87 (fb)) - Cole watched with Marta and Roberts, as the Punisher seemingly took Murdock hostage and escaped in the riot squad helicopter. He authorized Roberts, who supported the action, to delete all other video footage that showed Murdock as anything but a blind man, then asked Marta to contact her reporter friend.
