Powers/Abilities: Like all Atlanteans, Warlord can breathe underwater and swim quickly. He has Atlantean military training.
History: (Defenders I#84 (fb) - BTS) – Liberally applying the rules of Prince Namor’s commands to Atlantean military, Warlord Ronga made contacts with smugglers from Wakanda and began importing Wakandan technology into Atlantis.(Defenders I#84) – During one trade on Kiber Island, Black Panther intervened, capturing some of the Atlanteans and his own smugglers, including Wazira. Despite the recommendations of his aides Jarkanga and Umu, Black Panther used an Atlantean craft to approach Ronga’s warship, where he was captured and returned to Atlantis. Sub-Mariner had been informed of the operation by Vashti and Tornaga. Sub-Mariner and Black Panther came to blows and Wakanda and Atlantis almost started a war. Before they made peace, Kiber Island was destroyed.

Ronga transported Sub-Mariner in retrieving the Hulk. They then
returned the Hulk to New York City.

Jarkanga accompanied Black Panther and a group of Wakandan military in
taking down a group of smugglers and Atlantean buyers on Kiber Island.
When Black Panther pursued the Atlanteans, Jarkanga called Umu, back in
Wakanda, for help.

Tornaga advised Sub-Mariner, with Vashti, about the interpretation of
some of his edicts. Tornaga then made sure Hulk, as Bruce Banner, was
still secure in his room.

Umu received a call from Jarkanga, of the Wakandan military, informing
him the Black Panther was pursuing the Atlantean military after an
attack. Umu called Black Panther, concerned.

(Defenders I#84 (fb) – BTS) – Wazira and his group of Wakandan smugglers began selling Wakandan technology for money to the Atlantean military. After a few trades, one of the smugglers was captured by Black Panther’s men, causing Wazira and the others to be nervous.

Wazira delivered more stolen goods to the Atlanteans, letting them know
this would have to be their last shipment. Black Panther then attacked,
knocking Wazira out.
