History:
(Daredevil II#30 (fb) - BTS) - [22 years ago] While playing with his friend, Richie Fisk, Sammy Silke and Richie saw their fathers, Mr. Silke and the Kingpin, murder a man and later learned that they were gangsters.
(Daredevil II#27 (fb) - BTS) - When Sammy had some trouble with a lady, he needed a new start. His dad called in a favor with the Kingpin and Sammy resettled in New York.
(Daredevil II#31 - BTS) - Sammy, after failing a coup against the Kingpin, called his dad for help, but Mr. Silke hung up on him.
