History:
(Daredevil II#66 (fb) - BTS) - A young criminal in New York City, Slick Saul got his start with the help of Alexander Bont, who went to jail for years. The Kingpin took over the city in Bont's absence.
(Daredevil II#67 (fb) - BTS) - Saul took over a strip club, employing many, including Amber.
(Daredevil II#66) - Years later, Saul was shocked to see Bont out of prison. Bont took a hit of Mutant Growth Hormone, heightening his powers, and savagely murdered Saul in revenge, claiming he would see Daredevil die as well.
(Daredevil II#67) - FBI Agent Del Toro investigated the murder and identified Bont through Amber.
