History: (Inhumans III#3 (fb) ) - The great female Inhuman geneticist Ultarnt, over one hundred years ago, was commissioned by the Genetic Council to study in detail the Terrigen mists that mutate all Inhumans. She looked over the seemingly random effects the mists had on various Inhumans, and came to the conclusion that the mists altered the Inhumans, in the overall scheme, to meet the needs of the people, discovering that during times of war the mists made more aggressive Inhumans, etc. This discovery was kept a secret from the Inhuman population, so as not to startle them.
