History:
(Ultraverse Unlimited#2 (fb) - BTS) - The Alien Elite accompanied the space fleet of the Tulkan Star Empire in its hunt for the Demonseed, which had already destroyed many of their homeworlds. They arrived on Earth in New York City in the area devastated by the Demonseed and dubbed Ground Zero.
(Ultraverse Unlimited#2) - After a savage battle with Maxis, Ultraforce and their fellow ultra allies turned to be confronted by the Alien Elite led by Gormada, who announced their reason for storming New York: vengeance against the Demonseed whom they had tracked to Earth. Ultraforce declared their defiance against the alien force and a battle line was quickly drawn. Gunfire from an overhead Tulkan spaceship distracted the humans while the Alien Elite split into four groups to hunt the Demonseed. Ultraforce likewise broke into four groups and tracked the destructive aliens down.
Black Night, Iron Clad and Siena Blaze confronted Aerie, Nyteflyt and the shapeshifter Khamuui at the Roosevelt Island tramway. Nyteflyt's sonic blasts briefly felled Black Night and Blaze, while Khamuui attacked Iron Clad, overcoming the metal youth by morphing into a massive tentacled creature. Meanwhile, Blaze and Black Knight quickly defeated the two airborne alien attackers, with Black Knight then helping Iron Clad by knocking out Khamuui.
Elsewhere, at the Rockefeller Center skating rink, the extraterrestrials Bemm, Kwill and F'leet threatened the civilians, demanding to know the whereabouts of the Demonseed, only to be met by Prototype, Ripfire, Shuriken and Hellblade. Kwill's spine projectiles were destroyed by three of the ultras, but when the alien threatened the people gathered there, Ripfire launched an energy bolt and knocked him out. F'leet disabled Shuriken and Ripfire before being savagely overwhelmed by Hellblade. Seeing his comrades fall, Bemm used his opti-blast to animate the Prometheus statue but was brutally stopped by Prototype.
At Grand Central Station, Stummp and Foxeye also threatened the people there, demanding to know where the Demonseed was. Instead, they were confronted by 'Strike, Cayman and Topaz. While Foxeye engaged Topaz in a duel, Cayman stood his ground against Stummp's energy-based gunfire. 'Strike, his precognitive abilities warning him, paused briefly before attacking Stummp, only to have his spine broken by Stummp's metal tail. Enraged, Cayman knocked him out just as Topaz dispatched Foxeye.
Meanwhile, at the Statue of Liberty on Liberty Island, Aquan dived into the water while Gormada stood atop the monument, daring the ultras to fight them, at which point Prime and Amber Hunt appeared carrying Reaper and Siren. Gormada broke off part of the statue's crown and used it to swat a temporarily powerless Amber Hunt away, likewise knocking Prime down. Reaper's scythe attack gave Prime the time needed to punch out the alien intruder. Down below, Aquan called up a large tsunami, riding it to attack Siren and a now recovered Amber Hunt. Siren stopped the wave with her powers while Hunt used her heat powers to dehydrate Aquan and render him unconscious.
All four teams returned to Ground Zero about at the same time, carrying their unconscious extraterrestrial opponents. The commander of the Tulkan fleet, Sh'r D'rath, then teleported to the surface, offering peace and declaring that the Tulkan spaceships needed repair. Sh'r D'rath then stated they would leave to regroup and recharge, and teleported back to his spacecraft, taking the slowly recovering members of the Alien Elite with him. The ships then departed back into interstellar space.
(Ultraforce II#13) - Prototype told Jake Alexander from Aladdin of their battle with the Alien Elite.

Excepting the main image, the artwork was a little cluttered, so clear character images were hard to come by, and the story finished too soon for much character development. This was published in the closing months of the Ultraverse line and storylines seemed to be rushed to be tied up.

CLARIFICATIONS:
The Alien Elite has no known connections to:
Aerie teamed up with Nyteflyt and Khamuui in hunting for the Demonseed. Despite her flying prowess and taloned feet, she was easily overpowered by Black Knight. She was returned to Ground Zero and teleported back to the Tulkan armada.
--Ultraverse Unlimited#2
Aquan had water-based powers and carried a lance with an elaborate blade. He joined Gormada in attacking New York, commanding a large wave against two of the ultras, but was dumbfounded when Siren was able to stop the wave midway. He quickly fell to Amber Hunt's fiery attack. He was returned to Ground Zero by Prime and teleported back to the Tulkan armada.
--Ultraverse Unlimited#2
The insect-like Bemm was teamed with F'leet and Kwill in the hunt for the Demonseed. Vengeful and particularly brutal, he animated the Prometheus statue at the Rockefeller Center using his opti-blast from his third eye after seeing his comrades fall. Prototype challenged him and Bemm again utilized his opti-blast against the armored hero, who deflected it back at the alien attacker, knocking him out. He was returned to Ground Zero and teleported back to the Tulkan armada.
--Ultraverse Unlimited#2
F'leet.arrived with the Tulkan armada and joined Bemm and Kwill in searching for the Demonseed. He was able to knock out Shuriken and Ripfire using his super speed and metal claws before being overwhelmed by Hellblade. He was returned to Ground Zero and teleported back to the Tulkan armada.
He showed disdain not just for humans, but also for differences between man and woman, potentially suggesting his species was asexual (I only use "he" because F'leet looked like a man).
--Ultraverse Unlimited#2
A native of the planet Vulpos, Princess Foxeye joined Stummp in hunting for the Demonseed. She knew of Topaz's homeworld of Gwendor but ended up fighting her, Topaz's superior fighting skills overwhelming her. She was returned to Ground Zero and teleported back to the Tulkan armada.
She was a proud warrior and could generate green energy blasts.
--Ultraverse Unlimited#2
The apparent leader of the Alien Elite, Gormada challenged the Earth heroes upon arrival at Ground Zero. Using his prodigious strength, he later broke off part of the Statue of Liberty and used it against Amber Hunt, and was about to impale Prime with it when he was stopped by Reaper. He was returned to Ground Zero by Prime and teleported back to the Tulkan armada.
--Ultraverse Unlimited#2
The shapeshifter Khamuui teamed up with Nyteflyt and Aerie in hunting for the Demonseed. He encountered Iron Clad and used his superior morphing abilities to overpower the metal hero but was knocked out by a cable car falling on top of him that had been let loose by Black Knight. He was returned to Ground Zero and teleported back to the Tulkan armada.
--Ultraverse Unlimited#2
Kwill stood beside F'leet and Bemm in their brutal search for the Demonseed. He could shoot body-spines at his foes and used these against Shuriken, Hellblade and Ripfire before threatening to do the same against the human crowd, but was blasted unconscious by Ripfire. He was returned to Ground Zero and teleported back to the Tulkan armada.
--Ultraverse Unlimited#2
Nyteflyt was a winged member of the Alien Elite with excellent flying skills and the ability to generate sonic blasts to disorient and knock back her opponents. She succeeded in this against Black Knight and Siena Blaze, but could not withstand Blaze's electro-magnetic return fire. She was returned to Ground Zero with her teammates Khamuui and Aerie, and teleported back to the Tulkan armada.
--Ultraverse Unlimited#2
Stummp was a brutal member of the Alien Elite who used his armor and weaponry against his foes. He joined Foxeye in searching for the Demonseed but was temporarily disarmed by 'Strike. He used his big firearm to blast at Cayman and then his metal-armored tail to skewer 'Strike through the back. Cayman then promptly beat him up. He was returned to Ground Zero and teleported back to the Tulkan armada.
