Powers/Abilities: Cinder was a pyrokinetic, who could produce very hot fire and control it as a living weapon. He could levitate and possibly fly. Cinder was a dwarf.
History:
(Cage I#9 (fb)) - Cinder was a criminal. He was being taken to the Vault alongside two other super-beings: Rhino and Animator.
One of the Guardsmen who patrolled the transfer, Pascal Tyler, had an insane hatred for criminals. During the transport Pascal threatened the prisoners. Terrorizing Animator, the criminal deactivated the restraining devices of Cinder and himself. Cinder exacted revenge against a Guardsman, Corben, killing him. Rick, another Guardsman, knocked him down and Pascal beat the unconscious Cinder to death.

(Cage I#10) - Pascal covered the crime with the help of Guardsman Ravello Medina but he was eventually discovered and arrested thanks to Luke Cage and the Hulk.
