He could release some of this energy in an explosive burst enabling him to blow up buildings, as energy rays from his hands or on touch, which made it difficult to restrain him. He could transform his body into a glowing, white energy form. In his energy form he could fly. He was also a passionate biker.
History: (Fantstic Force I#5) - Go-Devil literally ran into Huntara when she left the Rave Club in NYC. When a bully insulted him as Korean and poured a beer over him, Go-Devil used his powers to blow up the club. Upon leaving Go-Devil remarked what a tragic waste it was because he hasn't even received his drink yet. (Fantstic Force I#6) - The Korean gang Sons of Sinanju hired Go-Devil to help them against the Wakandan Lords. They told Go-Devil that they needed him because the Lords had a super-powered agent in their ranks as well (which wasn't true because Vibraxas wasn't working with the Wakandan Lords). Go-Devil took the job when the Sons gave him some money. When Fantastic Force interfered in the gang war Go-Devil attacked them though only Vibraxas was a sanctioned target. Vibraxas ultimately knocked out Go-Devil. (Fantstic Force I#16 (fb) - BTS) - Following the fight Go-Devil was imprisoned, but his employers the Sons of Sinanju showed their honor by posting bail for Go-Devil. (Fantstic Force I#16) - Go-Devil visited Kim Po, one of the many victims of the gangwar, to pay his respect to him. Inside Po's room he was encountered by Vibraxas and they nearly started a fight, but Po stopped them. Go-Devil explained to Vibraxas how he got out of prison and then left. He later saw Zarathustra, who had recently fled from prison, sitting at a bus stop and offered her to take her with him. She took the offer and together they rode away on Go-Devil's motorcycle. (Dark Reign Files) - Quasimodo researched Go-Devil for Norman Osborn. Comments: Created by Tom Brevoort, Mike Kanterovich, Dante Bastianoni & Ralph Cabrera. Go-Devil is a proud Japanese, who tended to speak Japanese in his dialogue. In a time were there are "No More Mutants" (except for the popular ones) I doubt that Go-Devil's powers were of mutant nature. Sure he was created in the 90s, but he was never called a mutant.
