History:

(Daredevil I#171 – BTS) – Ms. Max Lavender called for information on Melvin Potter's case, but couldn't get a hold of Matt Murdock. Becky Blake promised to call back.

(Daredevil I#173) – Ms. Lavender heard about new accusations against Potter and spoke against the judge on the current case. Matt Murdock convinced the judge to postpone the hearing despite Lavender's objections. She vowed to beat Murdock in court.

(Daredevil I#174) – Ms. Lavender objected against Murdock's attempt to get another delay in the hearing, and this time the judge agreed with her.

(Daredevil I#175) – Ms. Lavender grew impatient when Murdock failed to show up for court. Nelson tried stalling, but eventually got a mistrial declared by citing an obscure case. Lavender was furious and verbally accosted Murdock outside the courtroom, feeling he'd played dirty.

(Daredevil I#186) – Lavender was called by Jeryn Hogarth, but she had to get back to work. Daredevil (Matt Murdock) then brought her information to use in prosecuting Glenn Industries, but he disappeared before she could question his motives. She was later kidnapped by the new Stilt-Man (Turk Barrett), who hit her when she tried to fight back. He accidentally dropped her, but she was caught by Daredevil, who swiftly defeated Turk and rushed off. Lavender filed her suits against Glenn Industries.

(Daredevil I#192) – Daredevil asked Lavender for help in gathering incriminating information against editor Jimmy Hughes. While she refused to look into confidential files, she did give Daredevil the mob connections she uncovered later.

(Power Man and Iron Fist#101) - Impasse went after Maxine Lavender, the assistant District Attorney, who was trying a case against Cicero. He was driven off by Vienna and the Daughters of the Dragon.

(Daredevil I#213 – BTS) – Maxine Lavender notified Becky Blake that Debbie Nelson's testimony against Micah Synn would allow them to seek prosecution, and that the restraining order against Daredevil filed by Synn had been dropped.
