History:
(Marvel Assistant-Sized Spectacular#2/2 (fb) - BTS) - Lenny Sirkes had adopted the identity of Lone Shark and had been hired as a Campaign Coordinator for Jeff Jeffers, who was standing as Brooklyn Borough President. Lone Shark was to generate destruction and intimidate local residents so that they would leave, which was supposed to result in more available land to build a shopping center and a sports arena.
(Marvel Assistant-Sized Spectacular#2/2) - Luke Cage and Jessica Jones came across Lone Shark on a rampage. Cage immediately tackled the would-be supervillain and a short fight ensued until Lone Shark was subdued and soon arrested.
(Marvel Assistant-Sized Spectacular#2/2 (fb) - BTS) - Lone Shark identified himself as Lenny Sirkes and confessed to assisting Jeff Jeffers, resulting in the politician's arrest.
(Jessica Jones: Blind Spot#3/2) - Lone Shark attacked Jessica Jones and Luke Cage in their home to get his revenge, but only after their daughter was picked up by the nanny. The fight heavily damaged the apartment, but Lone Shark stopped fighting and left because he felt bad after realizing that Luke and Jessica were preparing a birthday party for their daughter.

Jeff Jeffers was the Borough President for Brooklyn who sought to drive out local residents so that a new shopping center and stadium could be built, and used heavies like Lone Shark to intimidate the residents so that they would leave. Jeffers also capitalized politically on the destruction left in the wake of battles between heroes and villains. He was about to be elected unopposed when Luke Cage uncovered his plans and he was subsequently arrested.
