Powers/Abilities: Mr. Fish had fish-like characteristics and was very susceptible to dehydration. His fingers ended in claws that he used to swipe as opponents. While he was an air breather, his fish-like characteristics may have given him the ability to breathe underwater. He claimed to be a master planner but was easily distracted.

History:

(Fantastic Four Giant-Size Adventures#1/1 (fb) - BTS) - After months of planning and preparation, Mr. Fish was ready to implement his nefarious scheme.

(Fantastic Four Giant-Size Adventures#1/1) - By chance, the Fantastic Four encountered the villain and his thugs. Surprised, Mr. Fish ordered his hoods to attack, but they promptly surrendered to the police rather than take on the Thing. The Human Torch then engaged the criminal in banter, avoiding his slashing claws, all the while distracting Mr. Fish while his flames dehydrated the would-be supervillain. Weakened, Mr. Fish was then punched out by a nearby police officer, who then carried him off to formally arrest him.

There was a little bit of smoke and cracked pavement when Mr. Fish and the FF met, but his actual crime was not revealed.
