History:
(Ghost Rider III#51 (fb) - BTS) - A former wrestler who joined the Unlimited Class Wrestling Federation, Slaughter Boy was thrown out of the league for being too strong. He vowed to get revenge on all foreigners, as he believed foreign investors were responsible for his ousting.
(Ghost Rider III#51) - Slaughter Boy attacked two tourists, Hans and Greta, in an alley in Manhattan. He attacked the cops who tried to corner him, smashing the pavement around their car, and he fought more cops, including Stacy Dolan, as they arrived, shrugging off their gunfire. Soon, Ghost Rider (Dan Ketch) arrived and narrowly stopped Slaughter Boy from killing a civilian. Slaughter Boy, excited to have real competition, was thrilled when Ghost Rider started fighting back, actually able to put up a fight. Ghost Rider angrily confronted Slaughter Boy and hit him with a penance stare, causing Slaughter Boy to relive his sins in torment.
(Avengers: The Initiative#26 (fb) - BTS) - Slaughter Boy joined up with the Initiative under Norman Osborn's regime.
(Avengers: The Initiative#26) - Slaughter Boy was assigned to the Shadow Initiative.
(Avengers: The Initiative#27) - After some training time, the Shadow Initiative was sent into the Negative Zone to secure Prison 42, which had been taken over by Blastaar's army. Slaughter Boy was among the first killed in action.

It can be surmised that Slaughter Boy was one of the Power Broker's augmentees, but that is never confirmed.
