History: (Blaze#3 (fb) - BTS) - Mary Blevins was pregnant with Holden when she committed suicide at a mental hospital. Eleven years later the unborn child's spirit eventually travelled to Earth, calling itself Holden Blevins. (Blaze#1 (fb) ) - After travelling to Earth to stop Ice Box Bob from murdering any more people Holden met Ghost Rider (Dan Ketch/Noble Kale) at a crossroads and asked him for help. Ghost Rider told Holden to go to the Quentin Carnival and meet with Blaze because Blaze and Holden could help each other. It took Holden some time to find the Quentin Carnival because they were always on the move. (Blaze#1) - Holden approached Blaze at Quentin Carnival and told him that Ghost Rider had sent him to Blaze. Holden told Blaze about Ice Box Bob, but Blaze didn't believe him. When Blaze turned around Holden was gone. Holden later visited Blaze in his trailer. A surprised Blaze had just taken off his metal mask and saw that his face had been healed. Holden explained that the Hellfire had healed Blaze and that the same Hellfire could also burn out Blaze's guts. Blaze told Holden to never touch his shotgun again and than asked the boy why he knew so much about Hellfire and why he was so interested in Ice Box Bob. Realizing Blaze was ready to go after Bob Holden stayed quiet and kept smiling. Moments later Blaze left to hunt down local salesman Schenker, who got possessed by Ice Box Bob. After Blaze had slain Schenker Holden explained to Blaze that Schenker had just been one of Bob's puppets and that it needed more to kill Bob. Holden then showed Blaze the message Bob had left behind for Blaze. The message ensured Blaze would not stop hunting Bob because Bob apparently knew where Blaze's children were. (Blaze#2) - Blaze saw Holden sneak into his trailer and followed him. When asked by Blaze what he was doing there Holden replied he was hiding from Bob, who knew where Blaze's children were. Holden further explained to Blaze that the children had not been taken by Bob, but by someone far more powerful (Baal, but Holden didn't or couldn't tell Blaze at this point). Holden was holding a photograph of Roxanne and Blaze's children, which Blaze took away from him. Holden's eyes started to glow red and he angrily accused Blaze to not even care about his children. Blaze defended himself by telling Holden that he only came down to Florida to put together a crew that could aid him in saving his kids. Holden didn't give up to accuse Blaze of wrongdoings and reminded him of his ugly thoughts and self-hate, which was what Bob thrived on. When Wolf, Clara and Kody ran into the trailer to tell Blaze about the theft of the Kristall Starrer's eyes Holden disappeared. He reappeared outside the trailer and told Blaze that the Nexus of Realities could bring Blaze to Bob. Blaze replied that he knew Holden was only trying to use him to get back at Bob and wanted to know what Bob had done to Holden, but Holden was already gone again. After aiding Man-Thing in the swamp and fighting back Bob there as well Holden, while holding on to the Kristall Starrer's eyes, told Blaze that Bob was lying about giving Blaze back his children and that Bob only wanted Blaze to help him escape his prison dimension. (Blaze#3) - Blaze returned with Holden and the Kristall Starrer's eyes to Quentin Carnival. Holden held on to the eyes until they arrived at Clara's trailer and handed them over to her. Blaze was surprised when Wolf could see Holden, who Blaze at this point believed to be a ghost. Clara saw him as well, but she saw his weird aura. Holden explained the weirdness in him by telling Clara that it wasn't unusual for somebody who had been to Bob's extradimensional home and returned. Holden then recounted the story of his mother returning him to Earth after escaping Bob's little corner in another dimension by stabbing Bob in the chest with a No. 7 Nail File. Though Clara confirmed Holden's story to be the truth she also knew that he wasn't telling everything. After receiving a message from Bob through Clara's eyes Holden asked Blaze to join him in meeting Bob, which Blaze allowed. When Blaze asked Holden if he was a vengeful spirit, Holden didn't reply. The highway transformed into a highway to Bob's hellish home in front of Blaze and Holden and it led them right to Bob's home, where they got assaulted by Bob. After a few Hellfire shots from Blaze's shotgun Holden took out his mother's nail file, jumped over Blaze's shoulder and plunged the nail file right into Bob's head. Blaze was drawn back to Earth immediately while Holden stayed behind (and presumably disappeared into thin air after his mission was finished). (Blaze#5 (fb) ) - Jesse Pinto watched Holden Blevins slay Ice Box Bob with the No. 7 Nail File. Comments: Created by Larry Hama (writer), Henry Martinez (pencils) & Bud LaRosa (inks). Profile by Markus Raymond. CLARIFICATIONS: Caufield Blevins Three-year-old Caufield was dragged to Ice Box Bob's little corner in another dimension alongside his mother. Though Mary escaped with Caufield back to Earth, Bob tried to follow them. Caufield was stabbed several times by Bob with his ice pick and the boy died (though it is unclear when he was stabbed....in Bob's prison dimension or on Earth). The reason of death was identified in a hospital after Mary and Caufield were found at the Tuckit Inn. --Blaze#3 (fb) Mary Blevins Mary was pregnant when she and her three-year-old son Caufield were dragged to Bob's little corner in anothber dimension. To defend herself against Bob she used a No. 7 Nail File she had in her purse. Unaware the steel nail file with the number seven on it was powerful to channel energies through supernatural beings Mary stabbed Bob in the chest and he lighted up like when he died the first time on the electric chair. Mary escaped with her severely wounded son Caufield back to Earth. Though Bob tried to follow her he failed to kill her. She was later found raving mad at the Tuckit Inn with her dead son Caufield at her side. Mary was brought to a mental hospital were she soon committed suicide. During her autopsy it was discovered that she had been pregnant. --Blaze#3 (fb) images: (without ads) Appearances: Last updated: 05/21/14 Any Additions/Corrections? please let me know.
