History:
(Ghost Rider III#70) - While searching for Fidel, who had been outside, Luz Santos was attacked by thugs Randolph, Toother and "Choocho" Colon.
After Ghost Rider intervened and defeated the thugs, he looked at Fidel
and suggested that Fidel follow Luz Santos' example and leave the
dangerous alleyway. Later, Fidel was present eating some thrown out
food when Danny Ketch transformed into Ghost Rider and sat simply
watching as Ghost Rider drove down an alley and sent the criminals
running. After Ghost Rider gave chase, Luz Santos found Fidel sitting
on the sidewalk.
(Ghost Rider III#72) - As Luz Santos closed her
bodega while holding Fidel, a group of goons surrounded her, forcing
her to run. Fidel became fussy as the goons contemplated hitting Luz in
an effort to draw out Ghost Rider.
(Ghost Rider III#73) - When Snowblind erected a white
field in the middle of Boerum Avenue, Luz was still holding Fidel as a
goon held onto her. Stomping the thug's foot, Luz made a run for it but
stumbled, accidentally tossing Fidel into the air. When Anton Hellgate
emerged from the car, having nearly hit the stumbling Luz Santos, Fidel
ran inside Snowblind's white field. Snowblind turned his attention
towards Fidel, who hissed at the super criminal when Snowblind
commented on how cats made perfect targets. Ghost Rider then hit
Snowblind with his motorcycle disrupting his energy form until
Snowblind managed to hit Ghost Rider with a molecular disruptor blast.
Once again turning his attention towards Fidel, Snowblind booted the
cat back outside of the white field.
(Ghost Rider III#80) - Luz Santos held Fidel as both she and Juanito Carlito Candido watched, from behind a police barricade, a battle between Ghost Rider and the Furies.
(Ghost Rider III#86) - When Kirk Eden of Damage
Control visited Little Luz's Bronx Girl Bodega to question Luz Santos
about Ghost Rider, Fidel watched sleepily as Kirk introduced himself.
Comments: Created by Ivan Velez, Jr., Salvador Larroca and Sergio Melia.
In Ghost Rider III#70 & #72, Fidel was colored as
a white cat despite appearing orange in #73 & #86. Since Fidel
appeared orange in more panels than white, I chose to go with orange as
the correct color despite first appearing as white.
