KINGDOM OF COMA
Type: Astral dimension
Environment: Earth-like (as far as we know; we only saw the walls and the inside of King Coma's middle age castle)
Usual means of access: Falling into a coma
Dominant Life Form: Humanoids
Significant Inhabitants: King Coma
First Appearance: (Mentioned) Fantastic Four: True Story#3 (November, 2008); (seen) Fantastic Four: True Story#4 (January, 2009)
History: (Fantastic Four: True Story#3 - BTS) - The Kingdom of Coma was adjecent to the Kingdom of Anestesia and the Nightmare Dimension (Nightmare considered both realms petty and shabbily run). When human author Stephen G. Diesner turned Nightmare into a fictional character the Land of Fiction became also a neighboring dimension of the Kingdom of Coma.
(Fantastic Four: True Story#3 - BTS) - Injured by one of Nightmare's soldiers Mr. Fantastic fell into a coma and welcomed it because the coma sent his astral form to the Kingdom of Coma.
(Fantastic Four: True Story#4 (fb) ) - Mr. Fantastic had an audience with King Coma, who confirmed Reed's suspicion that Nightmare was behind the conquest of the Land of Fiction. King Coma was worried about Nightmare's conquering ways and Mr. Fantastic gave him military information for free passage through his realm to the unguarded crossroads to the neighboring dimensions....and in the end Nightmare got defeated by the Fantastic Four.
