Powers/Abilities: Lurker possesses limited clairvoyance enabling her to divine the exact location of violent crimes as far as one week in advance. She can transform herself for brief periods of time into a beautiful fashion model by uttering a series of secret incantations.

History:
(What The--?!#24 (fb) - BTS) - Lurker regularly hung out at future crime scenes, waiting for the crimes to occur, so she could sell her eye-witness report to the local authorities.

Comments: Created by Rick Parker (listed as Ricko the Sicko).

    The "Zoids" are "would-be Marvel Super-Heroes and Villains who never QUITE made it...", making them fringe characters, kind of like the hostess and other advertisement or unconventional source.

The Ricko the Sicko listed as the creator of Lurker is Rick Parker, who was the artist on most of Marvel's Beavis and Butthead comics and the letterist on seemingly every Marvel comic in the late 80's/early 90's.

I assume her powers are magic by nature, but this was during the 90s and I wouldn't be surprised if she had been a mutant as well. It seemed to be implied when her clairvoyance power was called "uncanny".
