(Fantastic Four I#22) - Pierre
Picolino and his lawyer arrived at the Baxter Building to confront the
Human Torch. Picolino claimed Johnny Storm had ruined his sculpture Twilight Over Hoboken. Revealing the molten remnants of what he
called his greatest masterpiece, Picolino informed the Torch he would
be suing him for a fortune. But before he could continue his tirade,
Picolino and his lawyer found themselves suddenly lifted into the air
and carried off on a tea tray table the InvisibleWoman had turned
invisible. Unaware of her involvement, Picolino thought the FF
headquarters was haunted and, as he was carted off towards the
elevator, assured the Torch he wouldn't sue him after all.
Comments: Created by Stan Lee, Jack Kirby, George Roussos (as G. Bell).
Ahhh, Pierre, probably the first person in the Marvel Universe to consider suing a superhero for damages. His eyesight might have been a tad poor. Why else would he poke the Human Torch with his cane, only to ask the flaming Johnny where he might find the Torch? It would also explain his horrible looking sculptures. Pierre is no Alicia Masters and she *IS* blind.Profile by Norvo.

Thinking he had a case against the Human Torch when Pierre Picolino's self claimed abstract masterpiece 'Twilight Over Hoboken' was accidentally melted by Johnny Storm when flew by, the lawyer accompanied his client to the Baxter Building. Before he could make his case, both the lawyer and Pierre were pushed back into the elevator by the Invisible Woman and an invisible tea tray cart. This freak occurence convinced Picolino to drop the notion of filing a lawsuit.
