Powers/Abilities: Skin-Bender is a long-lived demon, who can survive almost complete destruction of her body and reform it by using other lifeforms to replace her own destroyed tissue. She possesses vast magical powers she used to alter the appearance of other living beings from a distance or through contact. She can alter flesh to anything she could imagine, combine different life forms into one being or turn organs, usually unable to sustain life on themselves, into sentient lifeforms. She considers herself to be the Mistress of all those transformed by her, but not everyone automatically becomes loyal to her.

History: (Ghost Rider VI#35 (fb) - BTS) - Under unrevealed circumstances the demon-witch Skin-Bender was drawn to a Japanese fishing town and started using her demonic witch powers to turn everyone into monstrosities. Some of those changed became her loyal followers. (Ghost Rider VI#35) - After Johnny Blaze confronted a few of her motorcycle-riding mutates, one of them fetched Blaze with a chain and dragged him to Skin-Bender. She burnt her finger when she tried to bend his skin due to the Hellfire within him and tried to force him to reveal who had changed him, but even Blaze didn't known anymore. After taking down a few of her mutates Skin-Bender threatened to kill Blaze's children, but he told her that they were already dead. She threatened a local child and he threatened her in return. Skin-Bender caved in and only asked Blaze to show his true face to her. After some resistance Blaze transformed into Ghost Rider and Skin-Bender cried upon looking at his beautiful face. She offered herself to become his partner and bend the bodies of mankind together, but Blaze wanted nothing to do with it and instead burnt her and her mutates with Hellfire raining from the sky. Ghost Rider crumpled-up her burnt form into a ball of flesh and tossed it into the ocean then left the town with Caretaker (Sara). Some time later fishermen, one of them from the town Skin-Bender had haunted, pulled Skin-Bender from the sea. Mutated fish creatures attacked the fishermen while Skin-Bender, horrifically disfigured asked the man with the twisted arm to hug her, his mistress. The man was shocked that she was back!
