Real Name: Kashmir Vennema

formerly Earth-60413
First Appearance: Captain America and Black Widow#640 (February, 2013)
Powers/Abilities: Kash does not have actual superhuman powers; however, she is highly intelligent (possibly genius level). Though loyal to a fault, she was able to be pragmatic and to take steps to make the best of a bad situation.
She had access to advanced technology from Vennema Multiversal and other sources. She was seen to operate the dimensional transport devices and to revive beings from Vennema Multiversal's stasis chambers.
Height: Approximately 5'8"
Weight: Approximately 135 lbs.
Eyes: Green (some panels look more brown)
Hair: Black
Distinguishing Features: Kashmir-60413 typically wore her hair short
(with a few locks of hair slipping forward over her forehead) and
wore glasses.
History:
(Captain America and Iron Man#637 (fb) -
BTS) - At some point, Kashmir "Kash" Vennema-60413 was recruited into Vennema
Multiversal, an organization of Kashmir Vennemas across numerous universes, who
obtained technology from one reality and sold it to another for profit, heedless
of the damage to each reality.
(Captain America and Black Widow#640 (fb) - BTS) - Even from the first moment she was recruited, Kashmir-60413 worried (allegedly knew) that this would end badly.
(Captain America and Black Widow#640 - BTS) - After Black Widow-62111 slew Vennema Multiversal CEO Kashmir-11712 and the the Inner Council, many Kashmirs began fleeing through extradimensional portals in an effort to escape capture or worse.
(Captain America and Black Widow#640) - Meanwhile, Kashmir-60413, considered how she had always
known this would end badly. Nonetheless, she stayed at her station
as her whole world crumbled, noting that she might be a pessimist, but at least
she was a loyal pessimist.
When Cap-616 entered the room, she told him, "Stay
back or I swear I'll..."
Cap cut her off, telling her she was on a sinking ship
but that she still had the option of doing the right thing...setting free the
heroes in the stasis chambers. She countered that it wasn't that simple, as she
had superiors, but Cap told her that her superiors were cutting their
losses...losses that included her. He continued, explaining to her that, based
on his experiences with Kashmir Vennemas, he knew she was smart enough to see
the upside, even when her world was coming to an end.
(Captain America and Black Widow#640 (fb) - BTS) - Cap and Kashmir-60413 apparently made an agreement...he would forget about her if she would free the captive heroes, send he and the Black Widows to Earth-616, and go home to live her life.
(Captain America and Black Widow#640 (fb) - BTS) - Kashmir-60413 released those in stasis -- including Captain Marvel, Iron Man, & Storm-41301; Spider-Man-63410; Thor-36231; Vision-44573; Wolverine-26431 -- and sent them back to their native realities.
(Captain America and Black Widow#640 - BTS) - From the Transport and Logistics region, numerous Kashmirs continued to transport away (or, possibly this was some of the Kashmirs working together to send home the heroes they had held in stasis?).
(Captain America and Black Widow#640) - Cap brought
Kashmir-60413 with him as he caught up to the Black Widows-616 and -62111 (the
latter having been captured by the former). Widow-616 asked Cap if he knew that
wasn't the same Kash they came there with (Kash-13010), but he told Widow their
instincts were right about being betrayed by the Kash they had allied
with.
Kashmir-60413 then told them if she was going to send them
back to their origin dimension, the time was now. She added, "I know you'll set
the hounds on the others...the ones who got away. But I trust you'll keep your
word and forget about me. I just want to go home...wherever that is."
(Captain America and Black Widow#640 (fb) - BTS) - Kasmir-60413 returned Cap and Widow-616 (along with their prisoner, Widow-62111) to Earth-616.
(Captain America and Black Widow#640 - BTS) - Kashmir-60413 presumably transported herself "home" (see comments).
Comments: Created by Cullen Bunn and Francesco Francavilla.
Where is home? Since Kashmir said she wanted to go home, wherever that was, this is open to speculation.
While geography and real world history aren't really my strong-suits, you can Google "Kashmir" to see it is an Asian region incorporating different territories ruled by India, Pakistan, and China.
These Kashmir Vennema profiles may be a bit heavy in detail and dialogue, but that's because I'm trying to give each counterpart some distinction in terms of behavior, speech patterns, etc.
What is up with the choice of her name? I think Spider-Woman (Jessica Drew) says it best in Avengers Assemble#21: "What's a cashmere enema?"

CLARIFICATIONS:
Kashmir Vennema-12116 should be distinguished from
her various alternate reality counterparts:
Kashmir Vennema-13010 - recruited by Vennema Multiversal, but later left the group and had a husband and child, but her family was killed by VM. She liberated brainwashed heroes from them and worked to destroy VM. This Kash teamed with other heroes to see VM destroyed. She later went on to recruit a few other versions of herself to start a new VM. Captain America and Black Widow #640
Kashmir Vennema-16211 - recruited by Vennema Multiversal, traveled to Earth-616, where she tried selling brainwashed heroes to the Secret Empire, but was killed by Black Widow-21611 instead. Captain America and Black Widow #636
Kashmir, a Led Zeppelin song from the album Physical Graffiti (not side 1 of
Zeppelin IV, as Mike Demone said in Fast Times at Ridgemont High, one of the best
movies ever)
