History:
(Iron
Fist: The Living Weapon#5) - Al reported that the previously Rand
Tower, the contraversial highrise left shuttered and derelict, was
being resurrected.
On the scene, Jackie reported that cranes were in the air and an army of workers were on the ground.
Jackie continued that Rand's penthouse was
destroyed and Rand (whom she identified as a known super hero) was
missing. After noting that Rand had been uwilling to lead the
reconstruction efforts until an economic impact study had been
accomplished, she reported that news of this project and its unusual
activity had sent Rand stock to an all-time high.
She concluded that the biggest mystery wasn't why the "facelift," but who was paying for it.
Al thanked her and began to report on the evacuation of a local hospital (Marion M. Graham Hospital) having been evacuated "after local gang activity..." (a battle between the Terror Priests and Crane Mother's daughters).

that's really appropriate for them, and I don't have the time (or
