History:
(Wolverine II#313 (fb) - BTS) - Working for the government the four superhumans Bayonet, Black Wolf, Electrode and Savage became Department H's field operatives.
(Wolverine II#313 (fb) ) - On guard duty at the Weapon X facility Department H confronted the approaching Romolus, Remus, Creed and Logan and told them they were trespassing. Logan murdered them quickly with his Muramasa Blade. They were no match for him.
(Wolverine II#313 (fb) - BTS) - At some point Wolverine saw files on them. In their files their fate was marked as classified information.

This team is part of the larger Canadian Ministry of Defense's secret research and development division Department H, which later funded Alpha Flight. They were a precursor of Alpha Flight according to the story. They were identified merely as Department H.

Bayonet possessed blades in place of his hands. The way it looked he could presumably shapeshift his hands into blades, which would make his a shapeshifter.
Bayonet was working for the Canadian government as part of Department H. While guarding the Weapon X facility Bayonet was slain by Logan, who cut through Baynot's chest with a Muramasa Blade.

Black Wolf was presumably a werewolf.
Black Wolf was working for the Canadian government as part of Department H. While guarding the Weapon X facility Black Wolf was slain by Logan, who decapitated him with a Muramasa Blade.

Electrode presumably possessed electrical powers, which he channelled through his staff or maybe it was the other way around.

Savage was a masked operative and looked like the kind of guy that presumably possessed superhuman strength.
